Transport and Costs

Our carriers have been carefully selected to ensure that your package reaches its destination as quickly as possible. This includes options such as international shipments, express deliveries, and pallet shipments.

The carrier for your order depends on the brand you have purchased. We have contracts with PostNL, DPD, GLS, TransMission, UPS, and DHL. In the evening, you will receive an email if your order has been packed and shipped that day. This email will also contain a track-and-trace number, which allows you to track your shipment (only applicable for parcel shipments).

When placing your order, please ensure that you provide a regular address rather than a P.O. Box. Incorrect address details may cause delays, in which case you will receive a message from us requesting you to update it to a valid residential or business address.

Our carriers will try to provide an estimated delivery time. However, these times are only indicative, as your delivery may experience delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by extreme weather conditions, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances, and no rights can be derived from such delays.

If you order multiple items at once, we will do our best to deliver everything in one shipment, if possible. In such cases, the delivery time for your entire order will match that of the item with the longest delivery time. If you prefer to receive all items separately, you can specify this during checkout or contact our customer service.

For the Netherlands: Orders over €300.00 (excluding 21% VAT) are delivered free of charge.

The shipping costs for the Netherlands are €8.95 excluding VAT. Below, you will find a table with shipping costs per country.

If you choose to pick up your order at our office, we charge an order processing fee of €4.95.

*Estimated delivery time refers to the time it takes for the package to arrive once it is in transit. Certain items are ordered from abroad; the estimated delivery time for these is indicated per item on our webshop under "Expected delivery time."
